Alarmu (“the App”) is a mission-based alarm clock for iPhone. Your privacy is fundamental to our design. This policy explains what data the App handles and how it is protected.
Alarmu does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with us or any third parties. All data you create — including alarms, mission history, and preferences — is stored locally on your device.
Your alarms, wake-up history, mission statistics, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. We do not have access to this data at any time.
Alarmu requests microphone access solely for the “Blow Candles” mission, which detects blowing to extinguish virtual candles. Audio is processed in real-time on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
The “Tilt Maze” mission uses your device’s accelerometer to detect tilting. Sensor data is processed locally in real-time and is never stored or transmitted.
Alarmu uses local notifications to deliver alarm sounds and burst reminders. All notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.
Alarmu offers a 15-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial, a one-time premium purchase is required to continue using the app. The purchase is managed entirely through Apple’s App Store. Payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information.
Alarmu is not directed at children under 13. Since we do not collect any data, no children’s data is collected.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
